We have been doing weekly classes with Paul for over a year now and it's been fantastic to see what a big difference he's made to our health and wellbeing. In each session he sets a mix of exercises which help us keep focused and motivated both of which have made a big difference. From people who have done limited exercise in the past, Paul's classes have provided an opportunity to enjoy the process of getting fit and is now something we look forward to.
