“I was a bit scared at first: scared to be hungry all the time, scared not to understand how it works properly, etc.. I found out that's its actually really easy to follow and I really enjoyed cooking more than before. It's tastier and much more satisfying. It made me realised that I wasn't eating enough vegetables! It's also a great idea to meal prep for the week, as you already know your macro for the coming weeks. Even if my 4 weeks plan ended, I still have the same diet.”
