I've been working with Paul for 18 months to improve my strength and for some sport-specific training. I've struggled to stick with an exercise regime in the past, but Paul put together a programme which is challenging but achievable, and which has has allowed me make real progress towards my goals. I feel fitter, healthier and mentally sharper as a result.
