Paul has been my personal trainer for about a year. I was completely out of shape so he had his work cut out for him. He took a measured approach and focused each session on a specific area, gradually introducing more challenging exercises. Although our sessions have been halted by the lockdown, I continue to use the exercises he taught me to do my best to stay in shape. I highly recommend Paul.
