The Personal training sessions with Paul has helped me explore and experience a diversity of exercises that are very effective, gradually progressing to tougher but achievable exercises improving my mental and physical well-being as well as my health. Experiencing one to one session virtually I had the comfort of training at my own home without travelling which saves time and has helped me spend it more on my daily routines. As the sessions were done virtually with Paul, the verbal motivation and the presence of a personal trainer was still there as if it were in person as well as easy to follow workout instructions with the equipment I had. In general, I found that the personal training sessions with Paul were enjoyable and has helped me find my motivation in achieving my personal goals efficiently with great results as it was tailored to my needs.
